Our company
BlueHorizon was established on a foundation of more than two decades of technical and operational experience in marine surveys and offshore project delivery.
We deliver hydrographic and geophysical surveys and surface and subsea positioning, from planning and mobilization to data acquisition, processing, interpretation, and reporting. For subsea construction, including SURF, our survey and positioning services cover pre-installation assessments, installation monitoring, and as-laid and as-built verification.
Alongside field execution, we offer project and operations management, independent client representation, technical consulting, and practical training. We help clients oversee delivery and help teams strengthen their capabilities, with clear responsibilities, agreed deliverables, and QHSE expectations from the outset.
A career in survey that began in 2004, progressing from technical systems and positioning to project, operations, and people management.
Raphael’s background includes hydrographic and geophysical surveys, surface and subsea positioning, ROV and AUV operations, vessel mobilization, and offshore construction support.
His experience connects technical delivery with team coordination, client relationships, and the practical demands of offshore execution.
